I am going to take a wild guess that Fegan may get a larger chunk of any endorsement deals as his agent than he does any NBA contract

Typically agents get a higher percentage of marketing money than they do contract money. I know in the NFL the commission is 20% for marketing and 3% for contracts.

Dwight needs to step up and actually say something on his own behalf. The more stories leaked about him the worst his situation gets. It's clear he doesn't want to be in Orlando, we know that. The more stories get leaked the harder it is for Orlando to trade him. He needs out, whether he lands in Houston or LA, the best thing for him to do is leave Orlando.

honestly at this point i could care less whats good for orlando. and thinking that no somehow dwight hasnt been involved in these stories being leaked out is naive. this is the same guy who was in front of a camera saying he never want van gundy fired, while van gundy was stating very clearly that it was true.

screw dwight. i hope he ends up in toronto!!!!

hey man im angry. i didnt think things through. i just thought of the first miserable team i could think of.

sad part is that any team he goes to will go either from good to great. or from terrible to good.

    Alex Kennedy:

"I’ve talked to several people in Dwight Howard’s camp and they’re adamant that he’ll walk next summer if he’s dealt to Houston."

"The Rockets would be better off developing their young talent or holding off until they can trade for a star who wants to be there."

Is Dwight Howard adamant or is "his camp/agent" adamant?

Doesn't matter. We aren't offering the farm for him anyhow. All the teams he actually wants to sign with would have to do so via S&T. We'd likely be able to find a deal in which we at least recoup whatever we paid for him, whether that be at the trade deadline or in the off season.

Kennedy and Rudolph are Fegan's mouthpieces. Blah blah blah.

At this point, I don't care what Howard's camp says or thinks . They/he have no control on the teams trading.

If he gets here, then we can put on the full court press.

    * I'm sure his 'entourage' has been watching HBO.

Alex Kennedy is the worst of them all. He literally just tweets what everyone else is tweeting and calls it his "sources"

I can't wait to here the spin from Fegan and Dwight if the Rockets end up getting him. You would think that a "superagent" like Dan would have better PR sense than to handle things this way. I have never seen such a meltdown from a player's camp like this.....they are making LeBron's Decision look like a Red Cross charity auction. It's downright embarrassing at this point.

How big is this camp? Several to me means >3. So is he talking to the whole camp? Are there a half dozen people who feel the need to speak for Dwight to Hoopsworld?

Or does Dwight's camp mean a Magic/Lakers fan on the Hoopsworld staff

They will say none of that stuff actually came from us. It was speculation by the media, or from sources not close to Howard. They will easily spin it.
