I would offer Martin, Morris, Patterson, JaJuan Johnson and picks.

I think after this is all said and done, we're going to build a Morey statue next to Hakeem's.

I actually would add in White and Jones. Maybe I am being over generous though ...

LMAO WTF does half your family being lakers fan's have to do with anything ?

IMO it would not be cool to help the lakers form a Juggernaut in our own division ... and for a grade a ******* with gimpy knees ?? Hell no ! The Lakers are aging and will have to rebuild soon, why the hell do it for them in one shot ... c'mon NO ! Bad Idea ... if we do become a contender in the next few year we would have to go through the lakers team that WE helped create .. No Thanks

    They have Jordan Hill :p

Seriously though, getting out of some of those contracts would be huge for Orlando and we could still send them Martin huge expiring, and Morris, Jones or White, maybe Lakers can chip in Hill a player they supposedly like.

It still should be cheaper than Howard though and remember getting rid of their bad contracts is their main priority right now, and Lakers may take one of those because Turk or Jrich would actually help out their depth.

So did Howard and Fegan realize today that only like 3 (non-Orlando) teams have the ability to sign Howard as a free agent in 2013?

Geez guys, at least do some cap space analysis before you start trying to throw your weight around.

Right Hill is definitely going to be the next dream. Wait, why are we offer own youngsters. You said we will get Bynum for free.

Majority of Laker fans don't give a crap about Rockets, go over to their forums and see.

Can we beat the Lakers now?
Are we going to get past the Lakers with this team right now?

Focus on getting our team better. Bynum would make our team better period.

I swear some of yall wouldn't take Dwade in his prime if it meant sending Lebron to the Lakers.

The one thing i don't mind helping the Lakers is because i hate the HEAT so much that i wish a Lakers w/ Howard will whoop their butts. Plus we're getting Bynum in return who is more committed than Twightmare.

    Nope.

    Didn't say that.

Said it would be cheaper. Giving up Jones/White maybe both is not cheaper. But it is better than giving up Parsons, Lamb, or D-Mo at all.

We'd also have to eat a bad contract or two. That's not free and that's not what I said.

Getting a player like Bynum, who has had recurrent knee injuries, would be a risk compared to Howard who only until recently injured his back. Why would the Rockets risk experiencing the possibility of having another injury-ridden player after what they just recently went through with Tmac and Yao? I understand that Dwight is injured also, but it’s an injury that has only happened once in his career, and giving his history, he hasn’t been nearly as injury prone as Bynum. Bynum is a nice player, and I hope he remains uninjured, but when talking about recurrent knee problems, it raises a red flag. If not able to acquire Howard, the Rockets would be better served going with the youngsters, unless the price for Bynum allows the Rockets to keep Lamb, and Montejunes, and that price would have to be almost significantly less than the price for Howard. If I were the Rockets, it would be much easier to see Howard leave for less money, or take a chance and trade him before the deadline if he doest like it in Houston, than have Bynum leave on a stretcher or be carried off the floor due to injury. Not to say any of this will happen of course. Assuming from this radio clip i heard from Houston Radio about a doctor who talks about Bynums injury, Rockets would be better served staying away.

Yes it does if you know how a rivalry works it makes perfect sense.

If you know how to build a team then you're not worries about making so and so "Better". Morey would agree with my logic btw, since he was ready to send Chris Paul to the Lakers last year.

Bynum and Dwight are both 1-year rental player. Why not go after a better one?

    You are for sure.

We gotta keep Lamb and DMo.

White OR Jones going is cool but not both.

I love white but I think Jones will be more of a sure bet to have the better career if I had to choose.

Add in the picks, Morris and Patterson with Martin and its a wrap!

Sub Parsons in if u wanna keep White.

We get Bynum and one bad contract....lakers take all the other bad salary dumps and they get their man in Howard....we all keep it moving.

    That's a done dada!
