Syracuse (Anthony's college team) made out OK "around" Melo. BTW, no shame in being worse than Durant, he's one of the most unique players EVER.
The Knicks didn't win the title with Ewing & he was a better player than anyone we've had on this roster since Olajuwon. For now the league belongs to OKC and Miami anyway.
Just want to say that Lin brings out the best in his teammates (well, at least the ones buying into the system). Exhibit A: Steve Novak; plus a few others. So when you look at the Rockets' roster for next year, remember that the whole will be bigger than the sum of its parts.
It's quite sad that Lin has so many haters, even from his now own club's fan base. They don't want to face the fact that no team featuring Jeremy Lin would stay bad forever, period. Let's just wait and see them eat cow.
How long do you think Lin will be on the Rockets for? I would hate to buy one of those ugly Rockets t-shirts only for him to be traded to another team within a year.
You know what's most funny about Carmelo Anthony. After so many years in the league, people still get excited whenever he shows a hint of playing team ball. People still wait for him to "grow up". When your team's success (or failure) depends on this, I think it's quite a sad situation.
Lin leading the vote for game of the year. Knicks 92, Lakers 85 - 2/10/2012Jeremy Lin had a career-high 38 points and 7 assists to lead the Knicks past Kobe Bryant and the Lakers. http://www.nba.com/topgames/2012/?cid=nba_12_facebook_L
Anyone still has doubt about Lin getting voted to ASG? Lin fans stuff any ballots even as minor as this one.
I like the name Jeremy Lin, but I think Jeremy Chang is a bit more catchy. He should look into a change. Chang, at the buzzer! CHANG, WITH THE HANG, ING MOVE TO THE BASKET We gon swang in the swang with Jeremy Chang Pulled up on the blcok with my gat bang bang
