You can just tell when there is interest. I don't really know how to describe it, but I've always been able to easily sense a certain tension that either exists or doesn't.

I met my girlfriend in an ethics class when we were both dating other people haha. I would just flirt with her subtly but I'm not the kind to ever cheat so I never made any moves or anything. See what signals she gives you - if she likes you, she'll give you some signals. You just have to look for them.

i always felt that a girl is into you when she takes the initiative to text you or fb chat you or call you... usually b****es want you to do all the work of starting the conversation so they have the power, they want you to reach out to them..even if they are into you. but after doing that a couple of times and you then you don't message her for a couple days...see if she messages you. teach em some lessons!
She sounds like a flirt.... Don't look to deep into it... The moment you start liking her is probably when she gets bored with you.. Live life normally as if she is not there.
