Have the Rockets already signed Jones?

    The ESPN trade machine now shows he's on a 4 year year deal for $1,485,000 this season, and is not eligible to be traded until August 9th. Is this a mistake? I don't remember seeing any reports that he was signed. I figured the Rockets were still holding out in case he needed to be traded.

    If he was signed, he couldn't be traded until 30 days after ink dries.

    Well on the trade machine in say's that his restriction end's on august 9th.

    But they probably just got it mixed up with another rookie or its some sort of other glitch up.

    I assume the Rockets will wait till the very last minute to sign him in August for the case of a Dwight Howard or Bynum trade.
