Don't worry bro any comment I make about POGs is purely trivial and I'm sure you have done your fair share of being in ****ty situations. I was in 2/6 went to Marjah. Been through Letherneck and Dwyer before for a small amount of time.
Jesus dude....TL;DR... Two things. -You just got out of the marines (I got that far). Chicks are going to be into you. -For ****s sake, stop putting p***y on a pedestal. Women have the same insecurities as men (sometimes more so) and they want to bang just as much as well.
Like I said... I would be more aggressive if she did not mention a boyfriend. And girls have varied responses to someone being in the Marine Corps. They either think you are mentally unstable(not a good thing) or they might be interested or they think you are a gun trotting r****d.
Usually goes over well with the father though. Not a bad thing to have on your resume when meeting the parents.
Sorry dude but you're in a friend zone. You either make a move and win or lose her or you stay in the friend zone FOREVER.
3 for 3 Im just saying that you know how you feel about her. Every interaction you have with her you will be wondering if you did or said the right thing. Dont put yourself through that. Cut yourself off from as much as possible for your own sake. Its also your best move imo if you want to make an aggressive move on her without looking like a jerk. After you obviously avoid her a few times, she might get your attention one day and ask why you are avoiding her. You tell her that you dont want to be "that guy". She will ask what do you mean by that (a total lie of course. She knows...girls always do). You tell her that you cant stop thinking about her and it just aint right because shes with someone right now. You explain that you are avoiding her because its just not fair to her or her relationship for you to be around when you have feelings for her. Trust me, she will eat that up and try to tell you that its ok she wants to still be friends. She will never tell her boyfriend you had this conversation and therefore you have prodded her into hiding something from him. You will be the first guy she turns to anytime theres a problem because instinctively she will know you will support her because you want to bang her. This is different than being a friendly shoulder to cry on because a friendly shoulder gets no action. A shoulder of a guy who told her thaf he has the hots for her? Shes hoping for you to hit on her to lift up her self esteem. Of course if you are ugly, the above does not apppy to you
Does she fix her hair a lot whenever you guys are chit chatting? Girls tend to get nervous and do those kind of things whenever they are into someone.
Manipulative, laying the foundations of a marriage ending in divorce but true. All's fair in love and war, dude. Just ask her out if you really like her. I remember reading that courting's a myth. Women approve or disapprove of a man nearly at first glance. Casanova's mantra is correct: be worth loving.
This is childish, passive aggressive nonsense. If you like her, ask her to clarify her boyfriend situation. If she says it's not serious then ask her out and make it clear that it's a date and not "hanging out". Be strong and confident without being a prick and you'll be fine.
Text her out of the blue: -you know what's behind the the spoiler tag- Spoiler So when can I tap that?
Make a comment about how the Marines made you more muscular and have her feel a bicep. After she does check if her pants are wet.
i thought it was the other way around.... topic: might be irrelevant but are u in a university or community college?
I can't be bothered reading through that block of text but the general signs are lack of eye contact, nervous hands and she can't stop fiddling with her hair.
This is the most appropriate. Shrug everything off with a smile and move on. If you have a warm smile you can even say, "That's too bad... for me that is." Then move on to whatever good point you planned before asking her that question as if you've never seriously thought about it a million times in your head... The key to everything is rapport. If your game is nice guy, be confident, direct, candid and no-push-over nice guy. If you let what she says affect you, then you've already lost. You've got battle scars and world experience her boyfriend would likely never experience. And an 8/10 will get hit on at least 10 times a day, and you can bet they don't know or give a **** about her boyfriend. Be honest, throw yourself out there, and show her you're ready to throw some fire in the hole. If it doesn't work out, what happens? 3 months later and poof everything is gone. Go for it. Take some fire and finish the mission. Hotballa's got a soul. Aaaasian soul. I'd hang out with him. And I'm not even Jewish.
Well. If your able to pry her from her bf someone can probably do the same to you with her. Not the type I would be after...If you end up talking to her soon just talk about your weekend and then ask her about what she did. If she mentions him a bunch ask if its serious. If it is, move along. If not, dinner and drinks.
I say go for it, but make it subtle. Do little things for her that are not "friend-zone" stuff. Most guys don't realize this but it's the little things that girls appreciate. I've heard it so many times from girls about their bf I.E.: -Open the car door for her every chance you get. -Have a flower laying at your house and when she sees it... tell her you randomly picked it and she can have it. -Try to touch her as much as possible, but make it "natural". -Take her to a fair and win her a teddy bear. -Take her to the range and get behind her to "show" her how to shoot (must be natural). -Wear nice shoes. Not sure why, but girls respond to this. A female friend once told me she liked her bf because he's got a collection of really nice shoes and dress well. Not a sneaker collection. These are things I picked up just living life and... some from being in the friend-zone while talking to the girl.
Just ask her out, no need to overthink it about whether or not she has a bf. What is there to lose? What, she won't talk to you anymore? Not a big deal, there are other girls in the world. If you wait too long then you'll be friendzoned.
