might be true BUT, remember we are bidding against ourselves and Orlando has to decide to take Morey's hardball offer or keep Dwight in orlando and hope for a trade before the deadline.

Hosuton's rumored offer of Martin + Raptor Pick + 1 asset + 1 bad contract is still better than Varejao + low 1st picks from Cavs.

Houston has the leverage. I think 1 rookie OR a patterson/morris combo + 2 possible 1st draft picks (and/or high 2nd) is enough for this deal or Orlando gets nothing.

    D-Mo, not even close.

But if we don't keep both Lamb and D=Mo, I'm going to puke.

I don't think there's much of a drop off at all. I bolded the players who contributed to their team in a significant way to get their teams deep into the postseason / win a championship.

Compare the players with Donuts' skills, then:

    Dirk
    Bargnani
    .
    .
    Donuts
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    ???

There's hardly anyone in the league that possesses Donuts' skills, while you could've signed a Jason Terry, or an OJ Mayo at any time.

With that being said though, I'd like to see Lamb go against the Kobes and the LeBrons, and Donuts go against the Perkins and the Chandlers of the NBA, to get a measure of just how good they can be, offensively.

He can be traded August 3rd. So he is definitely in play for any Orlando deal.

I actually have a sneaking suspicion that a Howard trade takes place right after Donatas becomes trade eligible.

That would be a waste and foolish of Morey. Motiejunas has the most potential upside of any of our rookies and if paired with another big man of at least average to above average quality, they would be a great pair. Maybe even better then what we saw of Scolandry.

Keep Lamb. Kid is gonna be a big time player and is a prefect compliment to a Dwight/Lin combo.

My choice really comes down between Lamb and Motiejunas. Really a tough decision.

Motiejunas is a Euro 5 but too small or not built for an NBA 5. His offensive comfort zone is near the paint, which will crowd with with Bynum or DH and causes problem. Its too inefficient to post up with a crowd around you.

If we have Bynum or DH, I will go with Lamb since we already have Osik as a backup 5.

Kind of a misleading question, as Orlando's needs must be accounted for. It would be DMo for basketball reasons for us, but he's certainly gone in any deal Orlando would take. The least valuable on the list is Royce White.

    Voted for Lamb.

Think he has a higher ceiling no matter that D-Mo is a 7 footer and has shown he has some post moves.

I think Lamb will be the best SG in this class if not one of the best players taken in this class along with Liliard, Davis, and Barnes.

I really doubt Motiejunas is doing anywhere, whether the Magic want him or not. I believe Lamb and most everyone else are available.

I doubt anyone is untouchable if this goes past August 3rd. Houston had to sign D-Mo to bring him over right?

I think the deal is a lot more open then many suspect.

If we give them White and Jones, plus Martin, the draft picks, and cap relief that is better than anything they can get by far.

I don't see Morey readily going to hand them Lamb. He's the typical Morey ball SG in that he scores efficiently and we know that Morey will want to surround his big men with shooters as he has tried to do before.

We will really need a star player on the wing, and I don't think we'll get one through trade or FA. The current ones are either aged or on rookie contracts, so must absolutely keep Lamb.

Agreed- I was responding we would keep DMo if we could but we wouldn't have that choice.

    It's a toss-up between Montie & Lamb. I went with Montie, because he's a legit 7 footer with skills.

I voted Jeremy Lamb, his name and his game looks to fit the NBA style. If Lamb wasn't an option, I pick Monte.

Lamb or DMo. It's a hard one though I can just imagine White setting up D12 for some rim Rockers?

Lamb is the best, but we are in greater trouble at the 4.
    I voted to keep D-Mo.
