    The trade is probably

    Lamb
    Martin
    Morris/Jones
    Patterson
    Dallas 1st
    Craptors 1st
And a bunch of unguaranteed contracts to match salaries

    Yup!

But yet there's still idiots out there wanting to give up everything. Despite us being the only real bidders.... SMDH!

But definitely worth risking age, right? Dalembert, camby, scola, and to a lesser extent Lowry and hopefully Martin. If they want a young prospect they can have our future picks, but don't send off our young players. ... But I'm not the GM ...

I wouldn't rule out the possiblility of Hennigan just holding on to Dwight if all of the offers are bad.

Well, if he doesn't trade him by the deadline, the Magic lose a superstar and get nothing. Not even a second rounder like we got for Courtney Lee. Hennigan could possibly be that stupid, but it would be an uncommon stupidness, if I may say.

I love Orlando's thought process of 'we have leverage! We don't have to trade them Dwight'. They're trading to be in our position. I think we also realize that we're in a direction changing position as is. We need Howard on our team much less than they need to trade him. We have what they want, not the other way around.

Its a just a one year rental. SO Martin+Morris+Future picks for Dwight.

Probably the same "sources" that said the Knicks GM was found hiding in the closet to avoid the Lin offer sheet.

Pingalore reported this yesterday. Today he reported that Jacque Vaughn will be hired tomorrow. He reported a week ago that the Thunder are pushing hard for Dwight.

Let's just say he's not the most accurate local reporter in Orlando.

I am so tired of the wight talk...if he wanted to play here, he would have already been traded here. I don't want him if he is not willing to commit before he gets here...take him in a sign and trade and that's it.

I would much rather stick with the young-ins. So far they all look solid...Lamb might even turn into an all-star. Chances are we get another good pick in the draft this year. I know there is a chance that every pick busts, but I am more interested in the Rox now than I have been in a loooong time because I want to see the rookies play.

If Dwight comes here and comes to the conclusion that his gut was right and doesn't want to play in Houston, then he either walks and we get nothing or we S&T with whoever he wants to play for....getting barely anything.

Not true at all. He WANTED to be traded to the Nets, was he? Now "sources" say he WANTS to go to LA, yet he is not traded there yet. It's Dwight freaking Howard. He is the best center in the league, and while our rookies looked good in summer league, who cares? Donte Greene looked great, enough to where we were able to trade him because of his high perceived value. Is it not fair to do the same thing here for an established superstar?
