I posted this in the other Courtney Lee thread, but I thought I should also post it here. The contract status of E'Twaun Moore may be what is jeopardizing the Lee S&T deal: The way E'Twaun Moore's contract is structured, it is non-guaranteed, becoming fully guaranteed if he is not waived by the day of the last summer league game his team is playing in. The Rockets are done in Vegas. The Celtics are still playing. The issue is whether the Rockets would be able to waive Moore immediately and not have to pay his salary. This should be interesting.
I think DaDakota was a big Sean Williams jockrider. I could be wrong, but DD was always fond of those lots-of-potential guys who never amount to anything. (Gerald Greene, Thabeet, T-Will, V-Span, etc.)
I think i can judge that he's athletic for a 6'10 guy Can explosively dunk can hit a little bit of a mid ranged shot and touch isn't too bad around the basket From that video, and those are all things jordan hill has and can do as well. So yes i'll make a tiny comparison of him to J.Hill, but like i said. He probably doesn't have the hustle, rebounding and strength of J.Hill because those are the things you can't judge from highlight vids.

Damn we better get asik, or dwight or who ever were trying to get by waiving so many players. Moore i herd wasn't too bad his rookie season, neither johnson but would we be keeping him in this trade? Either way i guess its basically lee for a 2nd rounder, was hoping for more after the knicks trade but we are taking in a good haul. Were just waiving the haul.

Look again. That's MY tweet to Adam Wexler! :grin: That may be the snag in the Lee deal. I suppose if Moore were feeling particularly charitable, he would agree to push his guarantee date back a few days to allow the Rockets to waive him. No ninja training required. I just know where to look. I get my player salary/contract information from www.shamsports.com. It is far superior to hoopshype, IMO. That's where I got the information about the guarantee dates on these contracts. FYI: Leuer and Moore (day of last SL game), Williams (Aug. 1), and Harrellson (Aug. 15).
