    Are nolans batmans movies really that good?

    I saw the first one and don't remember anything, the second one was pretty good. I don't know its just gritty and dark. But I mean it wasn't like the first one was that good. Do you think that the 2nd one would have gotten as much acclaim if it wasn't for ledgers passing?

    Going to watch Batman Begins tonight and The Dark Knight tomorrow morning b4 i go watch TDKR tomorrow at 4.

    I really hope everyone in Houston knows by now that Edwards Marq is the place to watch it in IMAX. Maximize your viewing pleasure gents. It's the way Nolan wanted you to see it.

    It's not the same format. Is it? It's liemax. I believe Edwards is the only real IMAX in houston.

    I was pretty sure Moody Gardens and the science museum both have real imax theatres as well. I could be wrong though.

    I believe there is a link way back in this thread with all the IMAX theaters and what format they are, but i am too lazy to search page by page and i don't have search capabilities yet.

    Yeah most screenings don't come with trailers, one of the few highlights, outside of the actual movie, I'm looking forward to tomorrow night, the Superman trailer....

    Yes. The 3 bolded above are the legit imax theatres in Houston and Galveston.

    Cool. I did a little bit more investigating an I found out that the moody gardens IMAX is the biggest screen in Texas. :eek:

    I think ima go there.
