i was never fond of the jazz and their dirty ways (hated AK a lot)...what solidified it was those fans shouting cancer at derek fisher. even though i'm not a fisher fan, that's just not cool.
Seattle was more of a challenge against the Rockets in the playoffs runs in the 90s than the Suns. Seattle eliminated Houston from the playoffs in the 90s a lot, Suns didnt eliminate the rockets in the playoffs in the 90s.
I used to hate the Jazz, but now that little b**** John Stockton , Karla Malone and Sloane are gone I dont dislike this current group of players as much. I cannot stand the dumbass Spurs fans I have to deal with everyday so right now its the Spurs on top of my dislike list.
Ever since the second round series (sad that I don't really need to specify WHICH one) where Shane was trying his damnedest but still couldn't stop Kobe, meanwhile Kobe is yelling "you can't ****ing stop me! I'm ****ing big!" over and over ... I haven't wanted to punch my TV so bad since NES Zelda ... I try not to hate, but after that I couldn't help it. Lakers, no question.
I freakin hate the Jazz with a passion, always and forever. Lakers get second, no doubt. Too many reasons to list. I still hate the Sonics, even though they don't exist anymore... stupid Gary Payton (OKC <> SEA). The Suns are too pathetic to hate. I don't neccessarily hate the Spurs, but their fans are so freakin annoying and at some point it was decided that Austin was a Spurs market so I have to deal with those idiots everywhere I go around here. The Mavs... used to be the epitome of suckiness, then Cuban bought them and they had their little run w/ Dirk which is hopefully over now; it's easy to hate any team with Jason Terry on it, though. Speaking of complete douches - as a fan, wouldn't you want the owner of your favorite team to be as passionate as Cuban? The way he demolished Skip Bayless was classic and he's never had a problem getting fined by David "Basketball Reasons" Stern for pointing out many of the problems with the NBA. That being said, I'll never be a Mavs fan.
The Jazz. I always disliked them and I thought my hate reached a pinnacle during the '97 playoffs. Fast forward to 2006-2007. I got tickets to game 4 in Utah. I knew the Jazzers would be obnoxious but in the first half I had a pansy @ss BYU hat-wearing prick get all in my face, some other dude dumped (3.2) beer on both my girl and I, and a fat lady threw her pizza at me and stained my throwback Drexler Jersey. I really hate the Jazz.
