[Movie] Batman 3

Just came back. Wow. Not going to spoil anything or talk about the story. It's very rare that you see a whole cast pull off a fantastic performance. Very impressed with Anne Hathaway.

 

Just a heads up to everyone don't waste your time, there is nothing after or during the credits.

 

Saw the movie last night at the Edwards Marque Imax advance screening. It was Great!!!! Tom Hardy is one intense Motherf'er. Gonna watch it again at Midnight.

 

Same here, same theatre. The first fight scene was awesome. So brutal.

 

Hell yeah man. Darkest scene ever in a Batman movie IMO.

 

So was it better than the Dark Knight?

 

Nope...

 

Easily. Well for me of course.

 

If you can, watch it in Imax. It looked just amazing on such a big screen like that.

 

So does Batman really die in the end??

I would answer it but its coming out tomorrow man. You need to watch this not knowing what is going to happen. Its truly the best way to enjoy this movie.

 

I think it's right up there with it.

Seriously? I'm looking forward to seeing it; I find it hard to believe it can top that Ledger performance.

Don't go in there hoping for anyone to top Ledger's performance because you will be disappointed. Everyone gave a good performance especially Bale as Bruce. This was his movie and he owned it. I think if people go in there expecting a comparable performance to the Joker from Hardy as Bane you will be let down. The way I feel is in order to really appreciate Bane in this movie, look towards his body language and how he comes off as a terrifying imposing villain and his 'i don't give a ****' attitude.

 

Whatever you do, stay the **** away from Wikipedia. They have the complete plot on there now. I almost spoiled it for myself, but closed the screen quick enough! Again, KEEP OUT OF THE WIKIPEDIA FOR THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!

 

Thanks. You and I generally agree on everything, this is about what I was expecting. I'm also glad that this movie is more focused on Batman. TDK probably should have been called Joker the Movie (and that's not a bad thing). I'll post again on Saturday evening.

I haven't seen a movie in IMAX since Transformers 2, but I am definitely going to see this in IMAX.

Saturday is pretty much sold out all day at the Marque, so I'm gonna try and go Sunday night.

I haven't been this excited about a movie in a long time.
