You know I don't really care the more I think about it. LA has a very limited shelf life with Nash, Kobe, and Gasol. With Howard onboard they'd be in the top 3 teams in the league, sure, but by no means guaranteed a ring in the next 2 years.

However, if we did that deal they BETTER be taking back at least 1 bad contract and giving up one of their scrub prospects to lower what we have to give up.

A fan on Magic Board said that Howard is traded to Houston. Morey is going for it. Not sure about that.

good analysis but then you lost me on what Houston offers...WAY too much. You just proved that cleveland's offer is shikaka and then you go and offer 2 rooks, 2 1sts and take on 2 expirings?? Way too much man.

Houston DOES NOT have to outbid itself. Just beause Dwight is a great player in the league does not mean you have to pay equal value. Its what the Market Demands.

Right now Houston is looking at trading for an 1) injured 2) primadonna who tells everyone he only wants brooklyn. AND there are no other teams competing for him except for LA and they need Houston and maybe Cleveland (for Bynum not Dwight) and you disproved Clevelands offer...

Morey supposedly offered Martin, Raptors pick, 1 rookie/asset (one of the 4 rooks and/or a Patterson/Morris) and 1 expring. Why offer more? You can sweeten the deal by adding the Dallas pick or taking on another player.

Hou leverage > Cleveland > LAL =Orlando screwed with what we want to offer.

Are you referring to the random guy that just said he thinks Howard will go to Houston? Is that really worth telling us?

Soul Bro has consistently stated he thinks we have the best package, much like a lot of Rockets and Magic fans have said.

Not that a deal was done. All he said is "I think Dwight is traded to Houston"

Glad to get magic fans perspective on our packages, but him simply saying he 'thinks' Dwight is going to Houston doesn't help much.

I think Terrence Jones will be the rookie they take. Anyone want to ask them what they think of him?

I think Donuts and Lamb are ours to keep. White and TJ may or may not have been selected to tempt the Magic.

They all love Lamb. They want Lamb and Parsons above anything else. They like all of our rookies but have PFs on the roster already.

Lamb/Jones/Kmart/TOR/DAL picks for Howard/J-Rich is what one of the fans said they'd be happy with.

Would you guys be OK with that trade? Keeping Parsons, Motiejunas, only taking bad 1 small bad contract (which isn't even that bad, Richardson a decent backup)?

I'd be fine with that. Obviously I'd love to give up less.

If this a reference to Soul Bro saying "I think Dwight is traded to Houston," I'm not really sure where you got the info that Morey is going for it. Are you referencing a different post?

I'd just hate to give up those two players, though. Would hurt a lot.

If we could resign Lee, I suppose the loss of Lamb would be mitigated.

Jason Richardson and Courtney Lee could hold down the 2 spot, right?
How is Duhon as a player?
