Apart from the Wizards game where they fought back, they played well for each other, with each other

Hope he doesn't give them away for D. Howard.

Forget Dwight. I know it's just summer league, but I'd much rather watch these kids than Orlando West. Dwight couldn't get it done with some decent supporting casts over there; he surely won't with his bad back over here.

    Howard is overrated offensively.

You can't count on him in close games because his a liability at the free throw line. Also if you put a big body on him and push him out of the paint it really limits his effectiveness.

Personally I hope LAL or some other team lands Howard, so the Rockets can continue their rebuilding process via the draft and this promising young players. But that's just me...

He has over a 24 PER, which is predominantly an offensive statistic. That is outstanding! Sure, he sucks at free throws...so did Shaq. So does Duncan.

However, Howard is one of the top 3 defensive players in the NBA, if not the best. I think people underrate how much of an impact that has on a game.

As fans, we haven't had a superstar in such a long time we tend to underrate the power of a superstar. They can simply will things and they'll happen. Additionally we tend to underrate DHoward because he used to get owned by Yao and we'd see his worse side.

Dwight is a monster, and with Lin he would be basically unstoppable. It's really tough for me to have to give up anyone for Dwight, but if we are to trade for Howard I would give up anyone BUT Lamb.

Much easier said than done...who exactly has this ability?

Its like saying...Keep Kobe 25 ft from the basket and you'll greatly diminish his ability to run the offense.

dwight is a the most dominant big man defensively... since hakeem.
his ability to cover ground, help on team defense, secure rebounds, and overall strength/mobility combo make him incredibly valuable.

You're right...and the only time Ive seen Howard look like a girl is against Yao...luckily, there arent any skilled 7'6" players left in the NBA.

Howard has the ability to carry a team...you MUST have a superstar to be relevant. A Lin/Howard duo would trump any lineup we can come up with that does not include Howard.

What is the last time you saw a rookie with strong character like this? Royce White is the best.

Howard is the best defensive player in the NBA. You cannot put a price on that. And a 20/14 player. You cannot do better than Howard unless you ink LBJ.

I think Morey would give up either two of our rookies or one of rookies plus parsons. We are not giving them the farm.

These rookies can play. Just say NO to Dwight Howard.
