Bruce Timm makes excellent animated movies. Just finished watching Justice League: Doom and I have new found respect for Vandal Savage.

One of the few glaring mistakes Justice League made was the way they squandered Vandal Savage by turning him into a ridiculous Bond Villain in "The Savage Time" and "Maid of Honor." "Hereafter" made him somewhat compelling, but in an alternate universe sort of way.

It was good to see he was used well in "Doom" in the place of Ra's al Ghul, and Young Justice really seems to be building he and his "Light" organization up to something that will be ultimately huge (though it already was a very credible threat by the end of season 1). May eventually translate to him making appearances on the big screen if DC gets their sh-t together.

We are about the same age. I was born in 1973 and my sister in 1974.

Those were pretty cool times for siblings to share and watch TV together. Those times taught me a lot about sharing and the value of having a sister.

I'm watching the Avengers cartoon on demand, the 2012 one, not the 2000's one. The closest thing to the action packed violent manly cartoon since the original 90's x-men series.
