    8. Last thought - I have a great deal of respect for Knicks fans (and NYK history + MSG). They deserve better than... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIiM91 …..

    7. My buddy @housefromdc quit on Orioles because of Angelos (Dolan-esque). Baseball widow for years, now a huge Nats fan. Totally happy.

    6. And if you're a diehard, loyal down-with-the-ship type fan, that's fine too... stay with the Knicks. Just saying you have an out here.

    5. So you have to ask yourself... "Do I really want to spend DECADES of my life with my NBA fate tied to this guy?" You control that answer.

    4. The important thing to remember - Dolan is a complete buffoon. You have a 12-year track record to examine now. He's an incompetent owner.

    3. If Celtics were in same situation (with a Dolan owner), I'd stop rooting for them and be an NBA widow unless there was a 2nd Boston team.

    2. Here's the thing - Dolan is NEVER selling. The franchise will ALWAYS be screwed up. You have a 2nd NYC team and a legit excuse to leave.

    1. To the Knicks fans who keep asking: If you're going to switch allegiance to Brooklyn, it has to happen this summer. But I'm fine with it.

Lin saved NYK from irrelevance last season. He was the clear leader on that squad. SAS got it complete backwards.

Jason Kidd could have used some mentoring from Jeremy Lin, about family value and being a good person.

What a pricked Carmello is. Here is Carmello at his realest.

Marc Berman While Woodson said Lin wears the starter jersey when training camp opens in October, Carmelo piped in it might be good for Jeremy to come off bench behind Kidd. “If [Lin] comes off the bench, playing behind a guy like Jason Kidd, playing under a guy and learning from Kidd, he should take advantage of this opportunity —just having JKidd on our team,’’ Anthony said. No doubt Melo has ball more in his hands when Kidd is on court.

I wonder what Carmellos real agenda is.

So if Linsanity happens in Houston, is it still Linsanity?

Why wouldn't it be? It's not like Linsanity is some sort of NY related name.

ESPN's interest in a player is directly proportional to how close that player is to NYC first, LA second, and the East cost third.

We did that ourselves with the ridiculous "rebuild while competing" concept.

If Lin goes 5/10 in his first game as a Rocket I bet that ESPN only shows his misses.

i think the pick was lottery protected, so the highest it could have been was 15.
