That's what I do, too. I wore it during a game one time and it fell off. I got lucky and found it. Never again, though.

i rarely take mine of since October. I shower and play sports with it.

I read that chlorine is bad for white gold, so I take it off when I take a dip in the pool/hot tub where I live.

I went to the beach once and was paranoid about losing it in the water or taking it off and losing it at the beach so I didn't go in the ocean fully submerged and left it on...

    i love wearing my ring.

I'm really bad about wearing mine. It bugs the hell outta me when I'm typing, so I usually only wear it if we go out somewhere nice or I happen to remember.

Wear mine all the same save showers and working out. I don't like jewelry so I thought it would drive me nuts but I don't even notice I have it on.

For those that it bugs, perhaps you got the wrong kind. I see a lot of bulky rings that seem to take up a lot of space and look cumbersome. Mine is pretty low profile so it doesn't get in the way. It's also a comfort fit style ring...not sure if that helps but like I said, it is comfortable.

Pretty much wear mine everywhere except when I'm at home or if I'm doing something where I worry I might lose or damage it.

If I got out and forget it, I don't feel right.

    Pretty much wear mine 24/7.

A few months ago, I took it off in the shower because my hands were filthy from working on a car. Forgot to put it back on and didn't notice till I had left for work the next morning. Bugged the crud out of me all day. Didn't realize how often I fiddle with it with my thumb.

I lost mine about six months after the wedding. I can't stand wearing jewelry of any kind, and my wife knows that, so not looking to ever replace it.

Y'all don't wear tape around it like I do? Newbs. :p

    Sincerely,

SRSLY, if by your research you mean you're hanging around that many peeps that don't wear their ring... you're going to be persuaded to go that route if you're with them all the time... where is your research done, the club, the golf course, the office, or the school?

I never take mine off. It doesn't come off with sweat; I'm not about to lose it. Maybe some of you need to resize it... but if you're not willing to do that... I guess it's up to you.

I wear mine all the time unless I'm making burgers. It feels like its still there even when I take it off. I don't really worry about removing it, because it fits properly, it isn't going to fall off. I bought a small one so it isn't bothersome. If it gets scratched or loses luster, I don't really care since I don't really care about it being pretty, nor about its monetary value (It was free with Kay's cash I had from buying my wife's engagement ring).

Broke that finger about 10 years ago, so depending on the weather and what I'm doing (and if I've gained or lost any weight at any given time) I go through bouts of wearing it for a few months, then something happens and I need to take it off for a while. Not wearing it now since the last festival I went to where my finger was swollen up and had to remove it.
