Somewhere in NY, there is Grunwald. Search the deep grass, Rockets fans! AND... When you find him, bring him to THIS man right here! (He'll give you a reward!)
Agreed. He's such a sore loser! He probably went home to his mother's house, crying his eyes out saying to his mommy: "Mommy! That BAD man Daryl Morey beat me 1 on 1; 15-0 and now because I lost, the Knicks organization can't match Lin's contract he got from the Rockets!" while his mom comforts him while she says: "Don't worry, grizzly bear... it will be alright..." LOL...
I think we have found the prime culprit in the summer league toy tosser case. He then naturally ran back into hiding.
seinfeld fan? when george hears from a source(kramer)that the girl he is dating wants to break up with him, george comes up with an idea. If she can't reach him, she can't break up with him.
http://www.sportsgrid.com/nba/the-knicks-are-avoiding-jeremy-lins-houston-offer-sheet-so-the-three-day-clock-wont-start/ More to check out on the events unfolding
Short script of events: Knicks: Oh we'll totally match anything up to a BIIIIOOOOOLLIIOOONN Dollars. Morey: OK, we'll raise our offer in the third year to hurt you on cap space. Here's the contract and... wait where did they go?
It's just sour grapes for the Knicks. The Rockets did nothing wrong. In fact, changing the offer sheet was a pretty impressive move on Morey's part. Lin probably would rather come to Houston anyway. It's a better opportunity for him. There's a risk he might not get to start in New York.
That was my initial reaction as well, but kind of wondering now. Is it? Or are they stalling because they genuinely don't know what the **** to do now? Do we really have a shot at Jeremy Lin? Beats the hell out of Aaron Brooks or Toney Douglas.
I can't believe that b*stard is hiding, and of course Stern is sitting back and not saying a damn thing.
