So losing Gay for Battier will be like losing Lamb for Howard. Got it. Thx.

Jeremy Lambs man on man D was pretty nice, his ball denial is miles better than K-Mart

I dont like his reaction on some of the fastbreaks though..( but that can get better), but his man on man D most impressed me this game

I dont know how his D was rated coming into the draft, but it was pretty nice this game

As far as this game, you are right, Jones outperformed White. When I did research on T Jones after the draft, one source said that he talked with a GM that really liked the Rockets draft. He said that GM thought T Jones had the highest upside of all 3 picks, that he was limited on a "loaded team" at Kentucky. He thought Jones was as good as any player that wasn't the number 1 pick. He said he talked with several other GM's that said the same thing.

Unfortunately Jason Richardson plays the same position...

    Lamb is gone for sure.

Great observations! I also noticed that Lamb looked stronger than I expected. I read he was a string bean but I noticed some musculature in the arms (unlike Kmart). I think he may have potential to beef up. This way Orlando can really benefit from this!

Lamb looks solid with the potential to become a 20 ppg fringe star player as his upside- between a Kevin Martin to a Rudy Gay. Really nice value for the 12th pick.

Include him in a trade for the second best player in the NBA? Without a blink of an eye.

Orlando is not stupid. We can't just dump our scrubs on them.

    FYI-

The value of fringe star players(if you are Morey):

Second round pick = Carl Landry = fringe star Kevin Martin

NBA reject Spanoulis = fringe star Luis Scola

Corpse of street ball legend Skip to my Lou = fringe star Kyle Lowry

The value of generational HOF superstars:

    Priceless.

Is Reggie Miller a HOF player?

    http://nbadraft.net/players/jeremy-lamb

Some people think Lamb has a sky high ceiling though.

Lamb would have been a Top 7 pick last year had he come out

I guess with the bad season UCONN had this year, his stock dropped. But man he is a solid player

How high do you think the probability is that Lamb becomes as good as HOFer Reggie Miller?

IMO, there is a very high probability that Dwight Howard will be as good as HOFer Dwight Howard.

they rated his D an 8/10, and his ballhandling an 8/10. Also he was rated at 5 overall on their big board, same as D-Mo in 2011 but slid in the draft as well. Turns out that nbadraft.net is becoming credible with their projections

    this kid has STAR potential

Lamb was the top SG prospect going into the season. Top 5 on some big boards.

He's a big time prospect. I'm betting he'll turn out better than Beal and Waiters who were picked over him. Ross looks just as good though.

Not scared of losing any of the 2 rookies. If they take all three and we take back 3 contracts w/ Howard I will feel a bit ill.

White was playing the way the powers that be told him to play... White could have been a HUGE MONSTER on the court at any time.

Everyone here is screwed up in their heads about a D-Black-Hole trade..

Just slow down and let summer league happen and let the trade ideas cook.

People post and act like they want a perfect steak off the grill in 2 seconds. This was a summer league game and we saw things..

Before this game people posted crap about lambs "body Language" in scrimmage videos posted on the BBS. Shheeess.

A nice steak takes 8 to 18 minutes to cook on a grill or open fire.. I don't want to eat raw meat I what my food cooked the way I like it. Let the black-hole trade stew in a pot for a bit.. Thats all.

enjoy feasting you eyes on the players on the court.. then report back with what you think you saw!

    zzpot.

Yeah, there is also a probability that Dwight isn't playing for the Rockets beyond 2013.
