you cant Morey... Morey Morey is the master, Heningan is a rookie in this game. Like a fish in a water with a Great White Shark

Boss quotes after boss quotes. I didn't really have a care for him but he's growing on me REALLY QUICKLY.
Really? He's got to do 5 years of 20-10 to make the All-Star game? I sincerely doubt it. Have you looked at him? The All-Star team starters are voted in by fans. If that guy puts up 20-10 this year he'll not only make the All-Star team, but he could be terrible the rest of his career and it'll take two or three years for him to not be voted in just because he's a fan favorite.

Guys, there are one or two or forty Dwight Howard threads for you to talk about how much you hate him, love him, whatever. This is the Summer league thread, lets talk about the summer league here. That being said, DoNuts is a player, plain and simple. His size and shot are legit, lets see how he develops from here Lamb looks the part. He's long, the shot is solid and he seems to be able to get it off. Jones looks like a potential 10 year NBA role player if he keeps his motor up. Learned nothing about White yet. His game isn't one thats going to translate immediately to the NBA, but I think it will eventualy. I think his size/skillset will cause matchup headaches once he gets his feet underneath him. Overall, good game one for the good guys. Looking forward to seeing more from the rooks.
I for one never wanted a trade for a 1yr rental. Keep our young guys, use our cap space and other trades to upgrade our roster (like Bynum), tell Hennigan he can suck it and let the Magic wallow in their bad contracts and crappy roster while their prima donna whines till Jan 15th.

Yeah right. Kevin Martin (Valuable player on an expiring) + Four Lottery level talents + 2 very decent first rounders? AND taking on all those crappy contracts? You are out of your mind. I wouldn't pay that. Morey definitely wouldn't pay that. Get real.
I too thought he performed well. Not many 7 footers than run the floor like that, have that touch on his jumper (even from 3 point land) and also have a back to the basket game and can rebound and play defense respectably. He just needs time on the court and a good point guard to set him up.
Minnesota is probably banging their heads on a desk right now. They could've had D-Mo and quoted "If you're afraid of wolf..."
