I never understood why clutchfans loved royce white so much. I always had a bad feeling that his game would not translate well to the NBA.

You guys were so quick to trade Jones as well, but he has some upside as well. Terrance Jones reminds me alot of Al Harrington. PF that can spread the floor, take a guy off the dribble, athletic and can occasionally post up.

I like White's passing mentality, but he couldnt really finish around the basket. Overall, White was playing too fast, he needs to settle down and not rush everything.

They should tell Lamb and all the other supposed trade bait to play as crap as possible so Orlando won't want them.

so does impressive play from the rookies during the summer league help or hurt our trading hand for Dwight more?

Meaning, does this mean Morey has more "players" to trade (Rather than "potential" prior to draft) and it increases the overall value of the players on our roster, thus DECREASES the number of players/assets we have to trade?

OR does this mean Orlando now has a better idea of who they want and will demand Donuts, Parsons, Lamb, Jones, etc because of how they are playing??

In my mind, Morey gained leverage by placing a better "value" on the players (as the summer league continues). If they continue to play well, we are talking about valuable assets, not just draft pick #12, #16, #18.

Taking back bad contracts from Orlando is worth as much as a young asset (to the Magic) because of the cap room it creates and lets them rebuild quicker...and hopefully we won't have to part with too much beyond future picks and one of the rooks, Martin, and patterson/morris...+ fillers. Fingers crossed

That was fun. Morris was actually ok. Machado, Lamb, Jones looked great. Fortson was awful. Parsons good as usual.

If we trade for Dwight and his back is worse than is being led, this trade has a chance to go down worse than the Hershel Walker deal

Motie can't be traded. If you can somehow keep Lamb, it's a homerun imo.
