Walmart is already throwing it's weight around. Free shipping...even to Alaska. That's crazy.

PhiSlammaJamma has an awesome idea and I can see it happening, even for groceries. Think of how efficient that would be too - so many less cars driving around. Hilariously, the milk delivery man may make a comeback.

Honest question now that I'm thinking about this...

Who has the bigger selection, Walmart or Amazon? I would think amazon, which is incredible.

I hope Amazon crushes Walmart and then hires all their former employees.

"What? You mean I don't have to get paid peanuts and do some stupid rally cheer every day at work?"

For the all hate Walmart gets, and rightfully so, I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't thank baby jesus for a Walmart near my parents house when Ike hit. Charged my iPhone in the many sockets outside and used their AC to cool my sweaty huevos inside.

I would say Amazon has by far the bigger selection, Amazon is at the point that almost anything you could possibly want is available there.

This is awesome. Amazon is smart to make this play. It definitely fits right up my alley. I hate going shopping and I hate Walmart most out of all the places I have to shop.

There's hardly any stuff that I have to 'touch' before I want to buy. Most of the time I don't know as much about what I'm touching anyway. Put 5 receivers in front of me and I'd have no idea what I'm looking at or which one I want to get. But I'll go online and choose the Onkyo because it has 5 stars.

I know someone that works at Amazon and he told me their warehouse workers aren't paid and treated very well. Amazon is like any other retailer. They will pay what people are willing to work for.

I have a hard time believing it's a worse job than working at Wal-Mart.

So unexciting. For Facebook users this must be great but for myself I rarely buy from Amazon. Last time I made a purchase I bought a book that was rated 4 1/2 stars. I couldn't find it at Half Price so I bought it on Amazon. They must pay people to create those reviews.

Only if the warehouse is within the loop. My fixie can't get all the way to faraway places like Katy.
