One month ago we had Lowry, Scola, Goran, Lee, Camby and Dalembert. Things have changed.

mediocre? you think a over-the-hill Davis-Duhon-Richardson-Hedo will win more than 30 games in the WC?

Replace Terrance Jones for Patterson and you got the perfect trade IMO.

    Jones/Morris/Martin/Toronto pick/Dallas pick/2x 2nd rounders for Dwight/JRich/Duhon/Davis.

    Leaves:

    Duhon/Douglas
    JRich/Lamb
    Parsons/White
    Patterson/Glen Davis
    Dwight/DMo

PG needs upgrading (Brooks?) but that's a pretty nice lineup.
I think this report is slightly off. It just mentioned ALL of the Rockets assets as being included. It probably is just trying to show what 'could' be included. Writer fail? probably.

Daryl is very calculated in his decisions and would not leave us with no future, nor put all his eggs in 1 basket.

If Morey does this.......NO one should attend any games. NONE. This would be the MOST IDIOTIC move in the HISTORY of Houston sports....maybe PRO Sports. It will go down as bad of the Herschel Walker trade was for the Vikings......

I honestly think this trade would've happened by now of that was on the table. Why would you turn that down if you're the magic?

if we kept those guys we would have never had even the chance to trade for DH12 to begin with.

Seriously, espn are so biased against Rockets, that they "imagine" a deal like that rather than having authentic sources, keep calm!

Orlando must have incriminating pictures of Morey.

    This deal is outrageous.

I'm no cap expert, but I wouldn't be surprised if everything in the article turned out close to correct.

Since we'd eat those three bad contracts, I don't see how we don't give up a bunch, in the process.

No. But if you think if we had gotten prime Kobe/Lebron/Wade in this deal instead of Howard today, and be able to get to the finals, you should also think a bit harder.

None of the above players won anything by themselves. At least Howard could get to the finals with Rafer Alston as his PG.

    No joke.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. None of those 3 have played a second in the NBA. The pieces discussed in that article wouldn't lead us to a championship in the next 7 years. Try something new, get a star at any cost, and go from there. And this is coming from somebody who thinks Morey has done an abominable job up to this point.

This franchise literally has nothing to lose. No-brainer of a trade.

Anything is better than the 14th pick, homie. :p:cool:

And Dwight carried the Magic to the Finals all by himself in 2009. He'll get us into the WC Semi-Finals AT LEAST.

It essentially sounds like the Rockets are willing to trade their roster for Orlando's. Or another way to look at it is the Rocket's uphill rebuilding future vs Orlando's problem of signing their own star player.

I guess each team would rather have the others problems/issues.
