    GUYS, CHILL OUT.

If Lin and Asik are matched, Scola is amnestied, and Martin is traded to Orlando, we can take Duhon, Richardson, and Big Baby back without including any other assets and STILL BE WELL BELOW THE SALARY CAP.

ESPN's sources are FLAT OUT WRONG.

God I hope this is not true. This is way too much , if Dwight bolts after this season They are going to suck, with no picks to get better.

So you think they're wrong in the statement that we would give up Parsons, Morris, all three rookies, Patterons, etc.?

You guys know the Magic had a better record than the Rockets last season right? What's so bad with swapping the Magic roster with ours? With Daryl Morey at the helm and a superstar in the fold (assuming he extends with us) how is our future not brighter than just going with our young kids who may take several years to become a playoff team anyway? I think the Magic roster with Morey at the controls is better than the Magic roster without Morey and the Rockets roster as is.

Read what they wrote--their sources are only saying that it would be necessary to make the salary work. This is patently FALSE. They never even said it was an actual offer we have on the table.

Basically, that's the biggest haul I've ever seen. a 1-year rebuild. All those assets should land 2-superstars.

That's because it's not what we're actually sending to Orlando. There's no f***ing way. ESPN is wrong.

They are all old players... we need a team that can take us to the playoff for several years... not the one that going to take us only this year, because Dwight is not going to stay in Houston... because all the people in the roster will be the same people he has at Orlando...

I don't think Dwight's problem with Orlando is as much his teammates (or at least people not named Jameer Nelson) as much as it is with the front office (GM, coach, owner).

I don't know I'm just saying it's not that. That's completely unrealistic and insane.

If you want me to guess I suppose I can take a stab.

    Howard
    Duhon
    Richardson
    Big Baby

    FOR

    Martin
    Morris
    Jones
    Lamb
    Toronto 1st
    Dallas 1st
Future Houston 1st (top 10 protected)

I would assume Motiejunas will play PF and Big Baby will just be a bench guy who plays 15-20 mins a game.

From what I gathered: Stein learned we upped our offer. the part of the article that says "Sources say that the Rockets would have to send" is where it gets speculative. Would have to send sounds like someone trying to even out salaries or guess what the deal would look like. We aren't going to lose all 12 of our PFs in one day.

I think Houston wouldn't trade both of Lamb and Martin. Not many SG's left on roster even with Richardson in Trade.

I wouldn't rule out us bringing back Courtney Lee. We still have his bird rights.
