this sux...means we are gonna loose a whole lot of picks and young talent just to get one whinny self centered player with no one around him..on the other hand ill be happy if it turns out we are getting bynum and keeping a fair amount of our young talent.

I bet there will be some pretty high bids in the amnesty auction. It'll cost Les quite a bit, but maybe not as much as some might think.

Yes. That is why I think Morey must be 99% sure he's getting Dwight Howard. No other reason Les would agree to this I suspect.

The owners won the lockout. They can afford it.

Certainly hurts the "Le$ is cheap" crowd's campaign.

It's true - the lockout winners automatically receive a $1.5B cash prize to split amongst themselves. Didn't you hear?

More value than Scola (expiring & considered better player around league) and need him to match salaries in Howard deal

Luis Scola: First player to ever be traded and amnestied by the same team.

Don't wanna say the ONLY player ever because there is always the potential for Stern to veto another trade and make this a possibility for another player.

Some very lucky team is going to get a hell of a player. I'll keep further opinion to myself until I see what ends up happening.

I'm guessing the clippers can offer him the most money next offseason?

I am okay with Scola gone, but I am just scared Morey has lost it trying to land his star. I hope we don't lose our draftees this year and D-Mo, all for a one-year wonder.

IF he's talking about CP3, it doesn't matter.
