LOL @ everyone me and Carl had to argue with about this being a fair contract. The Bulls don't seem to mind paying double for him in his final year.

Double lol @ everyone who thought Lin was overpaid.

Morey will make a ton of money for his boss and the rest of the owners if the Bulls match.

They agreed to terms on an offer sheet, and they have yet to finalize terms I think.

Can't finalize the offer sheet until Camby trade is finalized is what I read somewhere, saw goes for the Lin offer.

Since they have to waive some guys to finalize both their offer sheets, and are likely trying to work some trades, it isn't too surprising they haven't officially received an offer sheet yet.

I think the Rockets are working on a Courtney Lee S&T to lower that cap hold and other possible deals that would avoid having to waive their non-guaranteed guys too soon. And of course, there's that whole Dwight Howard thing.

Morey in 'thinning out the cap money' and 'culling the herd'.

David Stern played his game by blocking the Pual Gasol trade.

Now GM's around the league are getting bent over by Morey and he is saying to them... Remember the time when all I wanted was Pual Gasol and Stern blocked the trade and YOU SAID NOTHING???!!!

Morey is no joke people. He is hitting it hard right now and changing the game.

Let summer league begin.. lets see what Morey did in the draft and what we lost and have to work with.... Hmmmm:grin::grin::grin:

It's just my take on things right now after today. You go Morey! :)confused: Girl?) :p... LOL

What system? McHale can coach the team to play any system... look and the other coaches we have... don't put it all on McHale he is not Rick A... He can coach and bring a small mix of plays in to help the young guys... Defense is what they really have to learn.

    ......

Well I've been reprimanded for telling someone to "shutup". Truly a reprehensible act on a forum....my most heartfelt apologies go out to all who were offended.

I'll just leave this one alone since I was advised to "ignore posts I don't like"....since that is obviously the standard behavior for developing all meaningful discussion.

I don't think signing Omer is as big of an issue as people make it out to be for the Bulls. Yeah it would put them in a horrible cap situation in two years....but who's to say they don't fully intend on dealing one of either Asik or Noah when that poison pill kicks in. Even if they have to eat some of the salary....they can still always find ways to avoid the tax when you have years to plan for it.

If you were reprimanded, it was by a mod. Only mods can do that.

In that case, you *probably* should take that advice instead of acting like a petulant child.
