It was very clear from the beginning that Orlando basically wanted every last piece of value we had for Howard and I am glad Morey hasn't given in. I would rather have a team of youngsters and see how they can develop and work that way instead of giving the farm all for a guy that doesn't want to be here.

Shows we are not making a move just for the sake of making the big splash. At this point in the game I would be happy with a Bynum deal if it spreads things around and we keep a good chunk of our young guys.

Probably Parsons which is already too much for Morey. If we have to give up parsons for Dwight, I'd be very sad.

Ok, so is it going to be a breast party or a beast party? I have heard of these beast parties...the ones where people dress up like animals right? I am not down with that, I have never been to a breast party though, I think I would enjoy.

Yes, this sounds a lot better than having to give up everything for Dwight. Sounds like if we get Bynum, we would still have some young guys to groom with him!

My guess is all 4 of our rookies, Kevin Martin, the Dallas pick, the Toronto pick, Parsons, Morris or Patterson, and the Knicks 2nd rounders. In return, they probably wanna stick the Rockets with Big Baby Dwight, Big Baby Davis, and Turkeyglue.

I would never do that trade, but I'm imagining that Hennigan is playing hardball.

    Probably errbody on the Rockets.

And it seemingly Greg Ostertag, Luther Head, a late 1st rounder, and two future 2nd round picks from the Nets.

I'm sure Morey would give up any ONE prospect in a heartbeat to get this deal done. Maybe even any two of them. I'm sure he's not particularly attached to Parsons or anyone else on the team.

It's more a question of Orlando basically demanding everything we have, I'd guess.

I hope Morey doesnt give up to much for Dwight at this point. No other team in play (that has been reported) can offer better picks and young assets. The Nets offer is pure garbage...Orlando doesn't want their offer or it would've happened last week.

Morey will hopefully realize he has the leg up in negotiations given the drama Howard represents in Orlando and the pressure the new GM is under. Give up the Raptor Pick, Dallas Pic, 2nd round pick, and one of Jones/Patterson/Lamb and be done with it. Maybe take back one of the bad contracts of TurkeyGlu/Richardson/Davis...that should be plenty. No one can top that offer.

SORRY ORLANDO, You had your chance before the draft. Now we hold the cards, we know your hand.

Woj made it sound like Orlando basically is asking Morey for anything they want.

I don't think we lose either way, unless we give up too much for Bynum. Either player will get us that much needed cache.

    So the choices are:

Get Bynum, give up less in the process, but send Dwight to LA.

    or

Get Dwight, give up more, but keep Gasol and Bynum in LA.

If you can squeeze a guaranteed re-sign out of Bynum, I say go with that deal. Otherwise, flip a f***in coin.
