    But if its not pink you are missing that juicy element of steak just dripping down your chin. The grey steak can be tasty sure but why would any sane person want to ruin a ribeye like that? I mean sure the regular old store bought flank steak and ribs need to be cooked thoroughly. The ribeye, Tbone, New York strip, tenderloin cuts need to be treated differently and have some pink. On the tenderloin it can stay juicy without the pink but why??? LOL!
