Actually, the bacteria is on the outer surface. Cook the outer surface sufficiently and you're safe. Leave the inside nice and red.

I am shocked so many people think this way after seeing so many good cooks make fine cuts of Lamb, Steaks, or roast in this way. It always has a slight color of pink if not red center coupled with moistness when they make their best food.

I'd rather have a Bynum with a 70% chance he signs an extension over Dwight with a 20% chance

I think people are overlooking an important fact- with what we know now, we are not looking at Dwight vs. Bynum in a vacuum.

Instead, we are looking at 5 years of Bynum vs. 1 year of Howard, maybe more

If the Bynum to Houston rumors are true and we don't have to give up Martin or Scola, it would be very hard to say no to that. It will really, really suck to give up any of our rookies, though.

Give up the vets before the rooks.

Bynum + Martin + Scola is not a team that is prepared to win in the next 1-3 years (the heat/Laker window)

Bring on Bynum long term, develop the rooks realisticaly gun fro the 2015-2017 Championship.

Before you send protest Tweets, of course things could change tomorrow & a HOU-LA-ORL deal could be on. Only reporting what I know tonight.

Not only are people that say they would prefer Dwight forgetting that he will be tougher to re-sign, but also, we likely have to give up less to get Bynum.

Are you suggesting that 'slightly medium rare to medium' qualifies as 'uncooked?' Not exactly a beacon of culinary knowledge are you... The man didn't't saw raw (although, I must admit I do enjoy a nice carpaccio on occasion).

If we get Bynum and re-sign him after this year, will it be a 5-year extension or a 4-year one? I'm not familiar with what all we can offer to a play of his experience level under the new CBA. Having Bynum for essentially 6 years would be sick.

You can eat that raw **** all day if you want to. I'm not eating anything unless it's well done. I don't see how eating bloody or raw meat can be more flavor full. I think it's a macho thing.
