"“Dwight does control this, still,” another source directly involved in the talks said Tuesday."

Of course he does, espn minions.

I can't get past the steak sauce thing. Who in their right mind would put sauce on a good cut of beef? Any time a waiter asks me if I want any, I tell them that they'd better hope I don't.

    ROFL.

The only thing Dwight possibly controls right now is whether he signs an extension to stay with Orlando. And he might not even have that offer to consider anymore....which would mean he controls exactly nothing.

I would still prefer Howard if the Rockets can trade for him straight up rather than have Bynum. Bynum reminds me of Yao Ming, or Thabeet, in how they all have a very thick base and dont have the bodies to sustain a healthy 82 game season. Howard on the other hand, is obviously physical specimen. Not to say Bynum would have the same injury ridden career as Yao, but its still a risk given his history. Its all hypothetical either way.

Right! Any good cut of meat cooked right hopefully wont need any. It should just melt in your mouth. Needing the sauce means they overcooked it or didnt season it right. In which case I would be angry if I spent good money on it and had to put some sauce on it to taste better.

I really wish I had a nice, medium rare steak right now... no sauce.

    Edit- and a baked potato.

Double edit- any good BBQ places still open right now? Mo City/Sugar Land area.

Seriously?? Why because he has commericals? Dwight is the number option on his team.....Bynum has to defer to Kobe and rightfully so. Bynum because an number 1 option and gets 20+ touches a game...25/12 easy

You said something about GAINING Bynum. Bynum has proven that he can play this game at an ELITE level.

Because uncooked meat is disgusting and you can get a disease from eating it.

I don't think he does, either, but I think he'll jump on Bynum if he believes that's his best shot at an All Star big not named Dwight Howard. His best chance is a direct deal with Orlando. obviously. If Orlando isn't going to take Bynum without an extension, and they'd be crazy to do it, either another team has to swoop in from "out of the blue" to offer some real value for Howard, and is willing to take the same chance on him that Morey is willing to take, or they have to deal with the team that has the best overall "package" to send them that doesn't involve a big name player(s).

If LA won't deal Bynum without Dwight's consent to re-sign, and Morey's best offer is contingent on getting Bynum (with promise of extension in tow), then Dwight does still have some control over the affair.

You're just assuming Morey only wants Howard--which is not a safe assumption. I guarantee you, he'd rather have Bynum with an extension than Howard without one.

Its not a real trade. The person that posted it already said he found out the source was fake.

man, id love to get either bynum or howard. who cares if we help the lakers??!!! we get bynum!!!!!! are you just going to sulk and suffer in jealousy and envy just because you don't want another team to be better? i hate the lakers more than i hate gherkins in big macs, but when you have a chance to go for bynum, a top 3 C in the league with every intention of staying in houston, you go for it!!!!!!

although, the best case scenario is we get Dwight straight up. if thats the case I'd go buy a DH12 jersey the first day its released!!!!!! wooO!!

Even if those were the terms I would do it in a heartbeat. I am a Royce White fan, but Bynum will be a HOF playing in Houston.
