It's not a legit source. That trade will not happen.

I'd have to think the real idea is closer to
LAL sending Gasol to ORL, Bynum to HOU...and possibly a salary dump of Ron Artest or Steve Blake onto HOU

ORL sending DH to LAL, Turk or Rich to HOU

HOU sending a young player(, Scola,) and pick to LAL, and a massive TE, (Martin,) 2+ picks, 2+ young players to ORL

I won't even attempt to guess who we might ship out, since there are a good dozen possibilities.

Isn't all this talk about Bynum contingent on Howard agreeing to an extension in LA? LA's not going to rent-a-Howard. And didn't Howard previously indicate he didn't want to play w Kobe?

So, it comes down to whether Dwight's camp wants to extend w/ LA or be dealt to Houston and leave open his options.

Either way, Orlando gets the rebuild/tank deal it wants.

Place me squarely on the side of not really wanting Bynum unless we give up way less than we would for Howard. One report had us giving up players, picks and taking on more than one bad contract to get Bynum. As was said above, I don't want to sell the farm for a knucklehead with possible knee issues and a bad contracts.

    well done+steak sauce= a non-white thing[1]

[1]Source: 2 years experience as a waiter in high school. Not criticizing, i like medium but well done+sauce is fine unless it's an expensive cut, then it's a waste

If we help LA get Howard, I'm gonna be sick. I don't care even if we get Bynum.

Howard is leaps ahead of Bynum.

Bynum or Howard? It'd appear to be very real.

People throwing out proposals, not real. No one knows.

That post was directed to people quoting someone a couple of pages back. The guy that posted the tweet apologized and said it wasn't legit but people keep posting about it.

Tommy Dee: again, the news is that the Rockets prefer bringing howard in than trading for bynum and signing him long term.
