Eh Bynum played a whole season last year. Lin has yet to do that in his limited play.

I don't think some of you get it. Bynum has something to prove. He is no longer going to be on Kobe's Lakers. He will be on Bynum's Rockets. Get ready Rockets fans.

Its not about who people like. Its about whats the most logical direction of the franchise. Howard in a perfect world would be that direction. In a world where a guy changes his mind daily and gets his coach and GM fired to go anywhere besides Orlando or Houston? The rational direction might be the next best option if it ever comes along. Which might have just showed up luckily for Houston when were about to get nothing a day ago. Bynum is as good as it gets besides Howard at the position.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind Bynum here. Both him and Howard are actually immature, but just in different ways. Howard is immature from the standpoint of flip flopping back and forth and whining like a 5 year old when he doesn't get his way. Bynum also acts like a b**** sometimes, but so far not outwardly in terms of "trade me or else".

It's a coin-flip. If he'll stay here long-term (although until we get more pieces, I don't know if any star wants to be stuck here long-term), then that's great and definitely wouldn't mind him on the team. It's either Bynum, Howard or just keep blowing the ****er up and rebuild rebuild rebuild.

    In limbo, are we.

he may be a better all around player than Bynum but cmon dude if Dwight is the best center in the game you don't think Bynum is top 3?, 4? Yeah he is when healthy..and don't act like Dwight isn't coming off ( I guess minor back surgery).... DWIGHT doesn't want to play here past the 1 year .. Why don't people in Houston understand this???

Sources: Magic, Lakers And Rockets In Trade Talks

The Houston Rockets have joined the Los Angeles Lakers and the Brooklyn Nets as the most serious potential trade partners with the Orlando Magic on a Dwight Howard deal, according to sources close to the process.

Sources told ESPN.com that the Rockets are discussing a multitude of trade scenarios with the Magic, offering to serve both as the team that would acquire Howard in a direct trade between the clubs and also as a third team that would participate in a trade that lands Howard with the Lakers and brings All-Star center Andrew Bynum to Houston.

I think most people here would prefer Howard (I would!), especially if we knew he would sign an extension (which we don't know), but that choice may not exist. Saying there is a choice, or that we'll get even one of the two, is pure speculation at this point.

I'll take a player who wants to be here over a player that doesn't every time.

I think Bynum has 1 more year on his current contract. Does he then become a RFA?

Sorry guys, but I couldn't find this in the 3 threads, and those things are growing a mile a minute.
