Oh, I can think of about 20 or 30 million extra reasons why Dwight might want to stay here...

Bird in the hand is better than two in the bush.

He was beside Black Holeby and and Pau Gasol (who crowds out his game, and vice versa). He's not going to carry you to the finals or even the conference finals on his own but he's an excellent, young star player who is willing to resign long-term.

I can't believe ESPN used Poopsworld as a source.

I swear some of you guys would still complain even if the Rockets had the chance to get prime Michael Jordan right now.

Bynum or Howard is fine with me. Both have injury questions. Both are headcases. Bynum is going to be okay here, while Howard may b**** and moan for his entire stay here.

YES!! I totally agree with this... Andrew Bynum should NOT be our "Plan 'A'". We should only consider A.Bynum if things sour with Dwight Howard. Though even then, I would think long and hard about trading with L.A. with Bynum and Howard the main centerpieces. If anything, I may consider sending Howard to the Clippers in a trade for Blake Griffin.

Sounds like kobe and pau would down his points and rebounds no? not arguing your point but i'm sure he's capable of more points and rebounds without pau and kobe.

Nah that was my point, he will put out better numbers than in LA if he's the #1 on the team.

Well, it was reported that Bynum has us as one of the teams that he'd like to stay long term. That alone gives me plenty of confidence. Plus, we have cap space. As for Dwight, idk. That's why i'm unsure about him coming over here. I'd love for him to come here but I want him to stay long term.

Bynum put up Yao numbers this year next to Gasol, and with Kobey jacking up shots. What do you want man? He's also only 25 and just starting to hit his best years.

Bynum because the second best center who wants to play for us is better then the half effort Howard will give us

Howard is clearly the better player but he would be disgruntled.

All things equal, Howard is the best player by far but since not all things are equal it comes down to the sure pretty good thing vs. the awesome thing that's very unwarranted.
