Morey will still gather some of our other assets to swing another deal if we end up getting Bynum

Bynum is a surefire top 10 talent in the league. He may not be a top 5 talent but he's not far off. And he's still young enough that he could become a top 5 guy within the next couple years.

Also keep in mind, that center is by far the most difficult position to find a top talent in. Getting the 2nd best center in the league, on a long term deal, would be a coup, no matter what maturity problems he has.

Yep. Something like that would work for all teams.

It would be interesting to see Dream tutor Bynum.

This makes too much sense for all teams.

Orlando can honestly tell Howard that it has exhausted all possible options to NJ. Howard needs to come to grips with NJ's asset/cap situation and that they won't even have the cap space to sign him next year when he's an unrestricted FA.

Howard then gives the ok to LA to max extend him. Bynum also agrees to max extend in HOU. Orlando gets all the young players/picks/cap relief it wants to start a true rebuild.

Lakers push for their championship in an ever closing window with Nash, Kobe and Gasol. Rockets build around Bynum. Orlando reboots.

Lamb, White, Montiejunas...as long as we don't give up these 3 players.

Jarrod Rudolph: Magic and Nets trying to simplify the deal. Still hopeful that deal can be completed. Still focused on dealing Howard to Brooklyn, for now

Sounds like Magic are trying to gain some leverage to me....

For? I think I'd rather keep some of our assets (D-Mo, Parsons, Lamb, White, hopefully a few, if not all of those) and build that team with Bynum. Then Morey just needs to work on a point gaurd (should have kept Dragic). That would be a young developing team I would love to watch!!!!

After Bynum we mayba try a push for Iggy with the Toronto pick, J-Smoove also would be a good shot with Martin and Scola.

    Makes sense.

I hope this is true. But I hope we can keep DMO or White at least..

I feel more comfortable with Bynum because he won't bolt after 1 year. He's also two years younger than Dwight. The only prospect I care about keeping is Royce white. Orlando can have anyone else. Hate giving LA a big 3 like that though.

I still believe he ends up being traded to Brooklyn and we all just let out a big sigh and shake our heads.

My guess is that at least 2 of those players would be involved.

Lakers, however, waiting to pounce if Brooklyn trade really falls apart. But all sings point to Magic accommodating Howard's BK request

Howard's people are hopeful that the Brooklyn trade will happen.

    Agree 100%

And i think there are many reasons

1.The reported deal has the lakers giving up bynum only...even if you add a pic and player its not enough.. we arent here to gift wrap LA with a lopsided deal (ala Pau)

    2. We have waited this long and have done many moves just for the sole reason to add a "SuperStar" that has been our goal since day 1 of the offseason, it wont change overnight

3.The only way I do see a possible 3 way deal if these things happen
is if LA are the team that takes back the bad contract....which i think is actually impossible with their payroll...soo these rumors dont make sense

4.Maybe we let the All Star game get the headlines tonight but i feel like tomorrow is the day ive personally been waiting for ...
