Self Righteous model sloot ruins actors life via Twitter

There's no doubt that "Brian" is a giant douche but was the play-by-play (excuse the pun) needed? He was probably drunk since it was a red eye. It doesn't excuse what he did but I guess that's why he didn't realize that she was literally tweeting the whole time.

 

Saw this a month ago and thought it was Hilarious!!

 

Thought it was hilarious until she used his full name. Then it falls under potential slander. Regardless, he does sound like he was hoping to join the mile high club, but got outed instead.

 

Since when does a model tweeting something constitute truth in journalism? You guys are all bagging on this guy and you have no idea what went down. For all we know in the first 5 minutes of the plane they could have introduced themselves, last name and all, she could have gathered he lived in OK, had a wife and son, and then he went to sleep. Then while on the red eye she could have started tweeting every 5 minutes and suddenly now this guy is a douche. Being Anthony Cumia's gf she could have thought this was a funny thing to do. Doesn't make it real.

 

With the amount of details she gave out, it's very easy to prove she was lying to anyone that knows him. That doesn't really ruin his personal life. Now if those details were true, why would she know so much about him?

 

I'll choose to believe the hot model over the douchey looking male soap star.

People need to learn the definition of things like slander and defamation. It's not slander for someone to repeat what you say.

 

What detail are you talking about? Like I said, in the first five minutes he goes, "Hi, my name is Brian Presley. I'm an actor." Then he goes to sleep.

This is what she can find on IMDB. He's from a small town. He was in a McDonald's commercial. He has a wife and son. He's acted with Kurt Russell and Matthew McConaughey.

What 'special' detail did she have?

 

I think it's pretty funny. He was hitting on her while married, so he deserves it anyway.

These days, you shouldn't really be surprised if your stupidity is aired out to dry on the Internet on either Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or a blog somewhere. Try to be less stupid and maybe it won't happen.

 

Don't know the guy, didn't realize he was famous enough to be on IMDB. I rarely give out my full name to anyone that's not looking up my info in a database so maybe that was just weird to me to begin with.

Do you usually introduce your occupation to strangers as well? I'm fairly confident his name wasn't the first to come up in google before this incident.

Well we weren't debating it but now apparently we are. The thread title called her a self righteous slut, not a liar. Is there now some reason to believe she just made it all up? Other than the fact that she is a hot model and bitter guys who wish they could get with her want to trash her?

Why are we trying to create hypothetical scenarios that make the model a liar? Has the man come out and claimed she was making it all up?

If they are in a public place, yes. I don't believe you can profit off of it though, like use it in a media campaign. Not sure about the legalities of profiting off of it in a website like People of Walmart.
