    Does anyone know off hand how much in unguaranteed contracts the Rockets are going to have to jettison in order to make the offers to Asik and Lin?

    I'd be happy to take this deal. People are crying about preferring a 2nd round pick, but we have the chance to get two 7 footers and a point guard in the deal. Last I saw we needed centers, so I'm all in.

    Both the Knicks' 2014 and 2015 second round picks the Rockets got in the Camby trade are unprotected, a source confirms.

    Harrellson won't approach what Miller was during his best years. Miller was good for about 15pts and 10 rebounds per game, so if Harrellson turns into that we will all be talking about this trade for years to come. Harrellson might be equal to the current Brad Miller.

    how the hell did morey pull this off??? I was sure Camby would just walk away. We got a shooter, a backup C, and a poor mans Kevin Love plus 2 picks. I'm starting to think Morey saw this before he even signed Camby. Morey might be able to see years ahead of us. He's like the oracle of assets.

    Gentlemen, I think we're underestimating morey too much. He's way ahead of any GM. Years ahead. Can't wait to see what we get for Lee. Sad to lose our only Asian guy left.

    Douglas is an ok player, he can score a bit and play great defense. Harrelson and Jordan are some big bodies.

    Morey has done well with all the other things except this acquiring a superstar mess...its not his fault...either...its a combo of bad timing and a young gun shy GM from ORL...

    A lot of people here on CF are stupid that's why. Seriously, personally I'd like Camby more than all assets combined, but he ain't gonna wait until the Asik and Lin deals are resolved. Its amazing that we were able to trade him away to NYC for unguaranteed contracts and more importantly, 2 2nd round unprotected picks. 2 2nd picks for somebody who was gonna leave anyway, pretty good deal IMHO. Plus, with this deal NYC just added even more salary to their cap. With this deal, Jason Kidd and Steve Novak signings how much do they have? How high would their lux tax be if they match Lin now?
