Something tells me the Knicks want Houston to get Dwight instead of the Nets.

    /captain obvious

I thought Morey might have burned any relationship he had with NY and Chicago's GMs, but they understand the Rockets are doing everything they can to get the players they need.

I'd make a "sweet, we got Jordan" post, but I'm sure it wouldn't be the first.

My love for Morey is conditional;if he ends up getting Dwight Howard then I love the trade and if not then whats the whole point of it all?:p

Of the 6 people who don't like the trade; mind stating why?

My love for Morey is unconditional.

It amazes me that people still voted that they didn't like this deal.

We lose Camby for nothing or we we get something for him, whats not to like?

Maybe we find a 2nd round gem like Ginobli, Scola. Maybe we find a 2nd round contributor that we can flip later like Budinger. Maybe we find a scrub that won't last long in the NBA like David Anderson or Jermaine Taylor. Either way we got 2 2nd rounders and a backup PG (literally free of charge) for an aging injury prone C who we weren't going to re-sign anyway.

Good to see Morey helping other teams out more than his own team. Les go ahead and fire this guy

I find it pretty funny that while Denver received just one second-round pick from the Clippers when they traded him while he was still producing All-Defensive Team stats, Morey was able to trade a 38 year-old Camby for TWO second-round picks as well as two promising players in Douglas and Harrellson. I haven't been his biggest supporter lately, but man, he really does pull off some good trades. Kudos to Morey and co.

I'm not the biggest fan of Morey but he got a hell of a deal for Camby.

Are they both un-protected second round picks?

I wasn't under the impression that second rounds picks ever got protection.
