I thought a player in their prime is in regards to age not entirely production.

Prime is ages 27-33 where the body is most mature, just an FYI.

I agree with you that the rockets didnt want to match... but it is interesting how all the strings are interconnected especially with the Nash trade...

in a sense you can say LA owes us lol..

I would love for Nash and Dragic to try and destroy Dragic on every opportunity that they go head to head in every match up.

I'm sure it will happen since they are in the same division plus Kobe would have it no other way.

Dragic is in the big leagues now.

Nash's assist production is still at 10 per game so his timing is just as crisp as ever.

we are about to see what dragic can really do since he's in same division as steve nash, cp3, jimmer fredette, tyreke evans, eric bledsoe, and oh yeah kb24.

yes, IQ and timing is probably the last thing to go in a basket player.

A player in their prime is when the body and mind are very cohesive.

Nash is not in his prime, Nor is Kobe or KG but they have great production even at their age. Basketball is a very mental game when you loose your athleticism.

These are superstars in his division. When he was with Rockets all he had to worry about was parker.

    btw. tyreke evans former ROY.

When it's playoff race time, he's gonna be going up against these super-stars for like two weeks straight LOL.

Everybody in the West plays each other 4 times (a couple of teams you play 3, but that's negligible), regardless what division they are in. This isn't the NFL or MLB. And did you seriously just list Jimmer Fredette and Tyreke Evans as superstars?? Your point makes absolutely zero sense.

I think your version of what superstars means are flawed...

if you are talking about all star point guards this would be my list not in any type of order

    1.Nash/Kidd
    2.Parker
    3. CP3
    4. Westbrook
    5.Rubio -arguable

if you want to talk about dragic he would be considered a step below

    with players like
Klowry, felton, Devin harris, Curry, and maybe Tyerek (if he rebounds to his rookie year).

The nba schedule typically has teams within the same divison playing each other twice during the final two of the regular season.

Evans puts up 18 ppg/5 assists per game. His rookie season he posted nash's career scoring number which puts his super-star potential into perspective.

I mean he wasn't the ROY for nothing.
