I just saw on the bottom line of NBATV that the Jazz have released/bought out Raja Bell. I think he's a guy the Rockets should take a look at for some veteran leadership. He's a great defender, even if he's lost a step. We've lost Courtney and Bud, so we have some space at the SG. However, it looks like he wants to be on a contender. I'm guessing the Kevin will eventually be traded, though maybe not before the season. I always liked him for his clothesline on Kobe. http://www.opposingviews.com/i/sports/nba/nba-rumors-raja-bell-deciding-between-kobe-bryant-s-lakers-and-lebron-james-heat
And I meant it exactly like that haha. Utah is a miserable place full of miserable fans and a deadbeat dad named Karl Malone. I don't blame Raja for leaving that place.
two things the rockets don't need right now: 1, old guys. 2, new/long term/big contracts. he's probably not interested in a rebuilding team either. i bet he signs with the lakers, heat, or celtics

Listen the Rockets would rather be better served not chasing after trash...Like for example...with the trash we are getting from NY...I hope the Rockets find a way to buy out the contracts...and keep Toney Douglas... Using that logic...Raja Bell is a bad addition to this team...We dont need a veteran to teach us how to tank!
