Ish was a fan favorite. Question, is there any truth to this in writing?

You made a good point, but I don't think Rondo is giving back his '08 Championship ring.

    So?

    We are rebuilding.....

You should want to lose 65 games and see the young players play a whole lot of minutes...

The 2013 draft is VERY top heavy, there are 2-4 possible perenial all stars at the top. Get the worst record and we are in a better position to get one of those players....

Here is hoping Ish plays 35 minutes a night!

If Royce White is really going to handle the ball for the rotation/2nd squad, then the better value at PG might be to find a taller, athletic defender rather than looking for someone with developed offensive skills (scoring/assists). White wont be able to stay in front of any PGs and if Lamb is also on the court, then we will need someone to stay on their best guard. Plus, these guys come cheaper.

Time to bring back T-Mac and Landry now, both UFAs. Maybe we can coax Yao out of retirement...

And speaking of PGs, here is a random Gif of Kyrie Irving making some moves on the US Olympic team. Note the defenders.

Not our saviour, but loved the Dish when he was here, and wouldn't mind seeing him back.

    Again....

Rebuilding and tanking are two different things. They are rebuilding, but they will not lose 65 games on purpose.

You should hope that they do not lose this many games because that means these young players will have ZERO value in the league.

I understand we all want a high lotto pick, and it could very well happen, but in no way shape or form should you ever wish your team to be that bad with this many high calliber prospects on them. The ramifications of that are too damaging to the franchise. They will still be in the mix as a lotto team as currently constructed. Do not worry about that.

If they are good enough to make the playoffs then that means somebody on this team had a break out year, and the franchise might have a cornerstone player to build off of. Thats best case scenario, but not likely.

The Rockets have invested alot into these young guys. Lets hope they can at least spark some interest in the NBA as an "up-and-coming" team. Not as the laughing stock of the NBA.

We will see... I do not think that the Rockets will go out of their way to win if they get off to a tough start. I believe that they know they are not going to win going 41-41....

The young players can develop at the team can still have one of the worst 4-5 teams in the league. They potentially will have no centers or point guards worthy of minutes...

If Scola and Martin are gone, then it becomes obvious that they are going to try and get a top 5 pick in this draft.
