Wow 2 years fly by fast I remember this thread vividly .... Anyways they have a really good shot to make the playoffs coming season. Before Rubio went down they were right there fighting for the playoffs.
I dont think Adelman, Kahn and company would want to deal their best player to Morey, Les and McHale. Too much history there.
Will be a free agent in 2015... so by 2014 he can start acting out to demand a trade. Maybe even in 2013.
Ask Ricky Rubio's agent how well Kahn listens to threats. No way Kahn trades Love unless he absolutely has to and we are several years away from that point if it ever comes. Frankly I would hope we already have our building blocks in place by that point. If we are still searching for a star by 2014 - the **** is going to be DEEP around here.
he will be in the east with one of the playoff teams not named 76ers, bucks, magic, raptors, pistons, cavs, wizards or bobcats
I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up replacing Garnett in Boston as a free agent in 2015. They might just keep rotating players out to keep a big 3 going.
I would expect him to say in a very slow robotic voice: "Kevin Love is an asset. Beep bop beep bop bop."
This not only is good news because Love might consider the Rockets down the road, but because the T-Wolves might be inclined to trade for Martin after all. Better yet, the T-Wolves trade for Martin and Love still ends up in Houston. Not likely, obviously, but not totally out of the question, right? Spoiler
So much comedy in the new article, and even more comedy in thinking it means anything for the Rockets. 1. He said Chase is going to help them in Minnesota. Uh, yeah, just plug him in to where Beasley played, and you'll get double the production. Wait, what? 2. He wants to win so coming to the (RED)siduals must be his fantasy right about now.
Give them.scola and martin + pick(s)+ rookie for love + filler Rubio Martin Budinger Scola Pevovic or whatever his name 7th- 9th seed or 2010 rockets
