    who wins and why?

    Howard
    Dwill
    Joe Johnson

    vs

    Lebron
    Wade
    Bosh

Am i crazy for thinking that the nets would win? i mean, they currently don't have anybody that would be even close to effective when guarding Howard. What do you guys think.

The Heat have the single best player in the mix, but the Nets probably have a better set. I think they would get significantly better personally. Howard's defense at the rim would make it a lot harder for the heat big 3 and the shooting on the Nets would be very good.

Still, Lebron is good enough to beat anyone. We'd have to see. It's actually more like big 3 1/2 anyway with Allen on the Heat and Wallace on the Nets. I definitely feel like the Nets team would be more soundly put together in that circumstance.

Yeah, but im tired of throwing the term 'big 3' around for every team. wallace and allen are both past their prime, although effective, but i wouldn't call either team a big 3 1/2 just because of those acquisitions.

You need Big "4" now to win.

I highly doubt Nets land Dwight at this point but going along nets big 3 is a better fit together.

Lebron is the best player but Dwight/Dwill is a nasty combo.

I think the Nets have an advantage because DWade is definitely a step slower than he used to be.

Heat big 3 easily. They have the best player in the NBA and the 2nd best SG in the NBA. Wade and Lebron both can do some amazing things together on the court.

    Kobe Bryant
    Steve Nash
    Dwight Howard| Andrew Bynum
    Josh Smith| Pau Gasol

Now the Lakers would actually have a chance at beating OKC.

Lakers had the Big 5 not too long ago: Kobe, Bynum, Gasol, Odom, Artest
