You have to believe in or front office, just like we use to believe in santa claus and the easter bunny. And if you put a piece of coal in your assets and squeeze real hard poof a super star appears. Or we just ask the riddler doc roc to tell us a nursery rhyme so i can go to sleep.

Lets face facts..... Our beloved team sucks. They will continue to suck. If you go to a restaurant and get bad food. The manager comes out and makes it better. You give them a second chance and it still sucks. Well how many times can i listen to the same managers and the same rhetoric. If something sucks change it. We need a new GM. a real coach and les to pull some money out his vault of gold.

Do you think that the GM has the final say on personnel decisions? Let me give you a hint as to who does: his name rhymes with Mess Malexamper.

I think if you own a business and it is getting worse and worse you should take action and do something about it. Why let one monkey stop the show we all use to love. Fire the fat twitter junkie.

Gosh, I thought this team had a winning record last year... in spite of a skid at season's end which cost them a shot in the playoffs.

Winning records don't matter. Playoff appearances and victories don't matter. Championships matter. And Championships require Super Stars. And Super Stars don't want to play in Houston. So our only hope is to draft a player with Super Star potential and cross our fingers. But the odds of that drop significantly the lower your draft pick is. So the easiest way to put yourself in a position to win a Championship is to lose as many games as possible in order to get a high draft pick. And while there are exceptions, that's all they are, exceptions.

If you think hiring another GM is going to change things, you're kidding yourself. Daryl Morey has done the most he can with the hand he's been dealt. The person who needs to look at himself in the mirror and see the error of his ways is Les Alexander.
