42.3 3pt% not enough? Notice that on a good team he would tone his shooting down and knock down open 3s.

Sessions got that experience. The team has to get some type of leadership at the guard position. If Kevin Martin isn't a leadership for the guard, then who is?
I'd love to have him at about 3 years/9mil. I think he could realistically be had at that price too, especially since we can guarantee him the starting spot.
While I think he could be had for less, I'd be willing to pay him that kind of money were it my decision. No matter how you swing it, we now NEED a PG, and of the available options Bayless is the only one both deserving of that kind of money and still young enough to become something MORE. I could legitimately see him becoming our next diamond in the rough PG... again.
Definitely worth signing for the Rockets. He's young and improved a lot last year. If he can be signed to a reasonable 3 year deal then that would be great.
This is somewhat the point of the Hollinger article I listed above, which was looking for the next Mr. (Brandon) Wright. I hope this wasn't so long as to vilate fair use. Link to the full read -- http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=258253
