You clearly didn't watch the NBA playoffs this season. LeBron did NOT have 2 superstars playing along side him. He was a one man show. It wasn't all that much different from his Cleveland days.

Gasol was every bit as good as an injured Wade & Bosh during those 2 Kobe championships. Gasol was an all star.

Lebron's 2009 stats with Cleveland were just insane. Historic. People seem to forget that "because he didn't win a championship"

That's true. Celtics would have no HCA in first round in west. Thanks for reminding us how weak east is.

The Heat literally sleptwalked through the eastern conference the past two years. The only competitive series was the Boston one this year and that's because Bosh was out and Wade was playing like poo.

Historic numbers but at the end of day he quit on his team when they needed him. How can you be the best player in the league but scared of the last shot?

GASOL BETTER THAN FUTURE HOFer WADE & SUPERSTAR BOSH

Wow. The hatred for Kobe has left some of you seriously in denial:eek:

I am not that big of a Kobe fan... But no, hell no, hell effen no....

This should not even be a discussion. Stop giving someone accalades that have not earned yet.

I know a lot of this comes from the media and people who get a hard-on when they hear his name.

But just cause he is the here and now, or he ios the only person YOU'VE ever seen at that level, doesn't make him the GOAT or even close.

If he were to get hurt, right now and never play again, he wouldn't be on the level of Wilt Chamberlan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Bill Russel, & Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. All of which have won multiple MVPs and multiple championships.

NO, we have not seen LeBron at his best. He's getting better every year but I think he's got even more instore. Lebron is now in the category to equal or overtake Kobe, but he's not there quite yet.

He had a great year, along with the other 2 hall of fame superstars he played with. Kudos to Lebron and the remaining super friends. He had a great year, as he should being he's in his prime.

With that said, your trying to convince the world after one ring his legacy has surpassed Kobe's??? GTFOH. People put an asterisk by Kobe's rings with Shaq so it's only fair Lebron win 2 as the MAIN guy before he's mentioned with Kobe Bryant. That's only fair right?

Ten years from now no one will remember the b*stard rapist in LA, but Lebron will be the King of the universe! Stars and planets will be named after him, the game of basketball will cease to exists as we know it and Kobe fanbois will be harder to find then a pass from that a-hole loser.

Actually YOUR hatred for Lebron has left you in denial.

First of all Lebron NEEDED to average 30 pts, 10 rebs, 5 assists the entire playoffs for them to win a ring. Forget about the rest of the facts, why would someone who is joining up with two superstars need to put up this kind of historic numbers to win a ring? OTH you have Kobe putting up putrid 40% FG and they still won. Who piggybacked and who did the work?

Your analysis of Wade, Bosh and Gasols is biased because you act like Wade and Bosh are 100% healthy. They aren't, Wade is breaking down and Bosh dealt with several injuries. OTH, Gasol was either the best big man or the 2nd best big man in the league they won 2 rings, so I dunno where you think Lebron had an easier time. His stats CLEARLY prove otherwise, that Lebron had a hell of a time getting his ring.

Because they have 3 all stars, they can afford to have some injuries. It also helps the east was weak and the competing teams have major injuries too. Rose, Granger, RA&PP.

How many rings Lakers would have won if Gasol wasn't healthy in playoff?
And how good was Heat's odds had they play 2nd and 3rd round in the west?

Only shameless fanbois can put up argument like below.

This argument made sense when LeBron got swept by a Western team. This argument sounds pretty dumb when LeBron just beat the Western Champ, who spanked every other Western team, 4-1.

    Fixed for you in bold.

So you think they could beat Thunders and Spurs without Bosh?
So much about injury plagued the team. The east was so weak they could win with 2 stars. It's only finals in which they needed all 3. And they had it. They didn't miss a beat.

Or Lebron elevated his game to such a high level that the east just seemed weak.

I'm not surprised you failed to recognize it. Since you're a Kobe fan, you wouldn't know what it's like to see a perimeter player perform at a consistent, highly efficient level throughout the playoffs.
