Agree, but do you remember all the whining that was done when the Lakers got Gasol? Do you remember all the whining that was gearing up when they were about to get Chris Paul? And you're insane if you think the Lakers can hang with the Heat even with Chris Paul. LeBron is too much for any Laker to handle. He would dismantle Kobe at this point in their careers.

Yeah it would be fun to watch, but the Rockets weren't ever teased by the possibility of LeBron.

We have with Dwight. So I want Dwight.

I don't know what you are smoking. If CP3 trade went down, Howard would have followed. That's a much more balanced team than Heat were.

Even as constructed last season, Lakers would have given Heat a good run. Kobe dominated Wade in regular season meeting. And Lakers, unlike Thunders, gave Heat big trouble inside. It's all about matchup.

Everyone who won a ring had help. There's some idiotic people out there that act like Kobe never had Shaq, Michael never had Pippen, etc. The only one that is debatable is the 94 Rockets.

IMO, there's a difference between having Pippen and having great frontcourts at a time where centers are extinct.

Plus, MJ carried his teams, Shaq carried the Lakers for those early years.
