    What do you do? Been using medicated powder but it's not enough. The pain and swelling is unbearable.

    alot of outdoor sporting goods stores sell balm for chafing since it's a problem for hikers

    You may have a fungal infection, i.e. jock itch. If I were you, I'd try to keep the area dry, apply an anti-fungal cream for any possible infection and hydro-cortisone cream for the skin irritation.

    Thanks man I'll check that out. It always happened to me in highschool from tennis but this time it's much more painful and wont go away.
