Havent heard about the whole onpy planet/dimension arguemeny you made, but i can totally believe it... thing is i feel like in other dimensions/planets there is still a need for manipulation of the masses and theres no better way than religion, especially to the mind of a younger child growing up who is very impressionable, easily manipulayed and believe what they are told... BUT like you said thats another thread entirely... On a side note: i am in no way trying to attack anyones belief or religion, simply stating my perception of reality... everyones perception is different...
Haven't ever done this 'drug' but sounds like your perspective is leaving you open to explore other cultures and if so, I recommend this book. I recently picked it up and read about the first 100 pages or so on vacation. Plan to finish it out and it deals a lot with what you're describing.
Incredibly hard to find/get... i jus so happened to know someone who made it and still only took it once... my advice is if you come across.by any chance try and score some for the experience alone... completely worth it...
Oh yeah, I definitely have to contribute The Secret dvd for introducing it the LoA and it's the perfect way to teach someone the "tip of the iceberg", only problem is a lot of people think its the entire iceberg. The thing with shrooms, is it's easily dictated by your mind state. So if some college kids just want to get fudged up, melt their brain and see leprechauns, then that's more or so what you're going to get. And although it's great fun, it's like watching Transformers. Nothing heavy, just an awesome popcorn flick. BUT.. if you use it with the intention of expanding your mind and universe you'll certainly walk away with something. The first time I tried shrooms, I was changed for life. (small examples) I never really cared much for scents. Never really utilized my nose for much. But the morning after my first trip, it's like I unlocked my sense of smell's door that I've always kept shut. Suddenly EVERYTHING with a scent was/is amplified to me. I'm constantly buying candles now, four years later and obsessed with pleasant scents where as I never purchased one candle prior. Other ways it's changed me, is it killed my ego a bit. Reincarnation, ascent of the soul through the different realms of existence, life after death, journey of the soul type stuff where people can meditate and actually leave their body[your soul leaves your body when you sleep] but see things as their soul sees them on the Astral field through astral projection. Yes the secret definately is just the tip, and pertains only to what mainstream controlled people want like cars money and condos etc... i will have to look into finding that book... And about the shrooms outtake, very valid input... i can see how that would work, of course kids wanna see elephants fly, seems like it hits your subconcsious a little to open your eyes to what you wanna see or learn/know... i live by a bunch of cowfields, i need to try shrooms out someday... Also TW, im interested on your thoughts of meditation and lucid dreaming/lucid meditation... A really good buddy of mine is into it (the person who showed me bothLoA and dmt)... he says hes getting close to out of body meditation(or maybe he already has, i forget its been a while)... i personally havent done any meditation... i did a simple youtube relaxation meditation that was nice.but thats all... [derail thread] The Tibetan book of the Dead states (if I can recall correctly) that only those who have reached a certain enlightenment or state of Buddha, are able to have correct astral projections to the higher planes/realms. Ahh... yes i see... but would you have to work your ways up these levels to reach ultimate enlightwnment thru meditation and astral projection? Or would you have to enlighten yourself concsiously first... its an intrigueing topic of study...
Everyone can believe what they want. I can say with honesty that I knew I had been given a second chance when I was roughly 4 years old. The memories were cloudy, but they were enough to understand that I was somewhere before. i remember immediately enjoying the intensity of everything. It was like I was Pinnocchio. It is sad how this world can beat you down at times, but, much like a roller coaster, I'd love to do it again and again. Perhaps that might be an option in the afterlife? Nobody has to believe me. My religion says that reincarnation isn't done. But I still recall that day vividly, and I was also able to read, write and do basic math at a very young age, yet my intelligence is average as an adult.
Im lost... you say you were certain you been somewere else before(referring to another life?) And also talk about your religion not believing in reincarnation... im confused at what you speak of... And by all means study, learn, practice any religion you want... i am glad you have had a life altering experience... i am sad to hear you were such an intelligent child yet a normaly enlightened grownup... there is a solution to that if you so seek... i am constantly researching information on things i never could have fathomed... google is a hell of a invention and i am infinately smarter because of it...
