    I threw out the idea of trading Lowry to Raptors yesterday for a Lottery pick, but I said that I didn't think they would do it. I have to admit, I like the fact that I was wrong. Definitely a win win for both teams. The Raptors finally get their point guard after losing out on Dragic and Nash. The Rockets turn a disgruntled PG into a Lottery pick!

    This has been one hell of an off-season. Rockets could go either way.
    They could either go full-tanking or acquire Howard. This lottery pick only increases their chances of landing Howard or they can blow it up by trading Scola and K-Mart next.
