Kevin and Luis are actually good though and will still see a lot of minutes. I am sure the rooks will not get as much playing time and that's disappointing. I hope Marcus Camby does not resign here. He needs to go to a contender.

If that was to much to our best player than Muray should be fired unless he makes up for it and gets the team Lin...

Wasn't 8mm our offer? And at that time, weren't we told that Dragic wanted 10mm?

If Dragic is willing to play in Phoenix for less money, then it's pretty clear he would rather be there than here.

so Morey should just trade Lowry, and not know if Gogi is gonna sign for sure in Houston

you have nowhere to run in your arguement, Dragic just flat-out told Morey.. NO

This is just baffling. Terrible offseason. This should be a crucial stage in Morey's tenure that requires positive results. Equivalent to Rick Smith last offseason where he needed to make an impact move even if it meant overpaying. Rick Smith took his risk with the Joseph contract, and it's paying off.

So far, Morey should be on the hot seat. If things get any worse, that should be grounds to fire him.

dragic wanted to start. Obviously we didnt guarantee this while Phoenix did. Really dont think it matter about lin either, ny would most likely match any offer, and I have a feeling he wants to start as well.

Seems like he wanted to start and Lowry is STILL on the team.

Coro has a rep for reporting accurate Suns inside info.

Hopefully Lin doesn't sign with us and throws it in Morey's face.

I felt the same way. Even said as much to my brother.

But, starting to feel differently now. Morey can't "guarantee" Lowry is traded.

If Dragic signs, Lowry is GONE

Who is gonna challenge Gogi for the starting PG spot

Lowry was as good as gone, it would been hilarious if Lowry was traded on draft day, and Gogi still ditched

MJ drafting MKG, saved Morey from another epic fail

He tried trading him on draft night. At the end of the day, you don't take 70 cents on the dollar in a trade of Lowry to appease Goran. Knicks match most likely the Lin deal, but if Lin accepts and the Knicks don't, Lin has no qualms coming off the bench, while Morey does find a right deal for Lowry. We've seen this movie before with Skip to Aaron to Kyle then to hopefully, in Morey's eyes, Lin

I guess this leaves us no choice but to go after Dwight Howard or Lebron James.

I would be okay with this. The only guy we should keep around is Lowry, everyone else needs to go. I am fine with tanking I just want the franchise to prove it to us. I'll definitely would love to go cheer the rookies and watch them grow. I really do want to see if D-mo has any real all-star potential as well.

Could see Morey saying "That's up to Coach. Kyle's here and you'll be competing with him for the starting position, or you'll be the starter if we trade Kyle".

A statement like that would likely have an agent telling his client "Let's move on... there's no guarantee they trade Lowry".

(at least I hope it went like that...LOL)

WTF aren't we offering Lin VERY similar numbers? Something like 4 years and just 30 million? So we risk losing Lin (to the Knicks matching) for 4 million over 4 years?

Exactly. Goran wants to start, period. Hence the player option in year 4. If Goran lives up to the hype, he opts out and cashes in on one more deal.
